Everybody knows it’s good but the symbol of Mediterranean diet is also a sustainable “eco-friendly” food.
Pasta is the main symbol of Mediterranean diet together with extra virgin olive oil, vegetables and legumes. An updated scientific literature explains that pasta is the right food to feed the planet, as revealed during the last World Pasta Day. From the field to the table, the environmental impact of the pasta is really low, as explained in this video by Duncan Williamson, of WWF UK.
