Vegetables and prawns wholewheat pasta – The first light recipe is a vegetables and prawns wholewheat pasta. Preparing this recipe is very simple: fry in a pan a clove of garlic with oil, add a chopped carrot and peas. Add a glass of water, cover and cook for about 10 minutes and add the fresh prawns. Choose the wholewheat pasta shape you prefer and after cooking it, add it to the sauce.

Brown the onion in the same pan, then add the tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the tuna and capers, season with salt. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and serve.
